来华留学生教育管理工作满意度:构成、贡献与策略——基于北京大学来华留学毕业生样本的调查分析

Satisfaction Level on Educational Administration of International Students:Constitution,Contribution and Strategies

新时期、新形势下,中国大学的留学生教育管理模式面临新的挑战。为了全面了解并提升留学生教育管理工作,从学习支持、教育教学、沟通机制、日常生活、校园文化、心理辅导、就业服务、入学申请、迎新指导、总体满意度十个方面对北京大学留学毕业生进行满意度调查研究,并根据调查结果提出相应的改进建议。

Under the new circumstance,educational administration pattern of international students in Chinese university is facd with new challenges.In order to fully understanding and continuously improve the educational administration,A satisfaction survey was conducted according to the following ten aspects such as learning support,teaching,communication mechanism,daily life,campus culture,psychological service,employment services,application for admission,orientation guide and overall satisfaction.Some policy and recommendations were also proposed based on the findings.
