摘要
教育评估组织在民办教育健康可持续发展过程中有着举足轻重的作用。借鉴国外经验不难发现我国教育评估组织存在独立性欠缺、功能不良、缺乏竞争、专业人才匮乏且素质不高、民间的非营利性评估组织欠缺等问题。相应的对策包括:促使教育评估组织保持独立性、政府加强监管、加强专业队伍建设、建立多元的教育评估体系、建立全国性评估协调机构及加强相关法规建设等。
Educational assessment organizations(EAO) play an important role in the development of private education. Compared with the counterpart abroad,it is not difficult to find that the EAO in China has some waek points in terms of independence, good function, competitiveness, the qualified personnel.The private non-profit assessment organization are missing. Therefore, such countermeasures should be taken as to maintain the independence of the EAO, to strengthen the national supervision, to enhance the qualified personnel, to build a network of diverse educational assessment system, to build a nation-wide accreditation & coordination organization, and to strengthen the relevant legal construction.
