摘要
台湾中原大学作为具有浓厚自身特色的高校,主要是从全人教育理念这个方向去着手进行。其以"融渗策略"推进全人教育理念的过程中,除了在教学、研究、辅导、行政等各种活动、措施与情境下潜移默化地进行,也采取了"化整为零"、"积少成多"、"化有形为无形"等方式来具体实施。
Taiwan Chung Yuan Christian University as an university with strong characteristics, has proceeded in this direction mainly from the concept of quality education. In the process of advancing the concept of holistic education, the 'Melting and infiltration tactics'are utilized. In addition to reflecting the concepts in the activities such as teaching, research, mentoring, and administrating, the measures and situations are imperceptibly combined and the methods of 'decentralizing', 'accumulating', 'making tangible to intangible' are adopted.
