Investigation About Situation of Primary School Teachers in Zhengzhou

郑州都市区在中原经济区建设中居核心地位,起着引领区域发展的重要作用。基础教育的发展水平直接影响着经济实力的壮大,小学教师的水平决定着基础教育的发展。教育要发展,首先需加强教师队伍建设。通过对郑州都市区小学教师队伍现状的调查发现,存在着结构不合理、地区差异大的问题,急需改善小学教师的生存状态,提升专业化水平,推动小学教师队伍建设的步伐。

Zhengzhou Metropolitan Area,which is in the core area of Central Plains Economic Zone,plays a leading role in regional development. The development of elementary education will have great influence on economy,while the previous one is determined by the standard of primary school teachers. Therefore,it is essential to improve all the elementary teachers’level. Through the investigation of primary school teachers’development in Zhengzhou,there are some problems such as unreasonable structure and regional difference. It is urgent to improve the primary school teachers’life standard,to enhance the specialization,and to build up primary school teachers’team.
