浅谈先进军事文化蕴含的育人功能

先进军事文化是党领导人民军队在长期奋斗中创造的宝贵精神财富,是提高我军战斗力的重要因素和滋养官兵的精神沃土。进入新的历史时期,特别是习主席主持军委工作后,曾多次强调要大力发展先进军事文化,指出要把实现强军目标贯穿到部队建设的各个领域和整个过程。因此,基层政工干部应围绕强军目标,立足培养新军事变革需要的合格军人,研究并充分认识先进军事文化蕴含的引导功能、凝聚功能、激励功能和陶冶功能。
