试论教师专业发展

On the Professional Development of Teachers

无论是学生的发展、学校的发展还是教育的发展、文化的发展,教师的发展都是第一要义。教师发展是职业需求,更是价值追求。教师发展的核心是专业发展。教师专业发展分为学科专业与教育专业;对教师个体而言,学科专业与教育专业有机结合,且不断地吸收、辐射,是教师的责任;而对教育管理来说,专业化不失为教师发展的成功策略。本文认为:学习是教师发展的关键链条,个性是教师发展的重要组成部分,环境是教师发展的必要条件。

Whether it is the development of students, the school's development or the development of education, cultural de-velopment, the development of teachers is the first prerequisite. Teachers' development is career needs but also value pursuing. Development is the core of the professional development of teachers. Professional development of teachers and education pro-fessionals into disciplines;teachers individual, professional and educational disciplines combine and continue to absorb the radi-ation, is the teacher's responsibility;while the education management, the professional development of teachers after all success-ful strategy. This paper argues that:Learning is the key to the chain of teacher development, personality is an important compo-nent of teacher development, and the environment is a necessary condition for the development of teachers.
