政治辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,肩负在思想、学习和生活等方面指导学生的职责,尤其面对的是残疾种类别多,有聋、盲、肢残等重度或轻度残疾多种情况的学生,学生生理、心理状况不同,对问题理解认知千差万别,给在特殊学校的政治辅导员的思想政治教育和管理带来了较大的挑战。如何将残疾学生管理工作做到有条不紊、稳中求进,本文拟对残疾大学政治辅导员工作职责进行探讨。
