高校辅导员专业化发展基本内涵及实现路径的探讨

辅导员制度是我国高校管理中的一项重要管理制度,也是我国高校发展的重要保障。辅导员专业化发展是我国高校管理理论的热点之一,也是我国高校改革的发展方向。辅导员的专业化发展要求其具备高深的专业知识,并注重工作研究,组建专业化的高校辅导员组织,进而推动我国高校辅导员专业化的发展。笔者分析了专业化发展的基本内涵,并基于此提出了辅导员专业化发展的路径,希望可以为组建专业化辅导员队伍提供有益借鉴。

Counselors system is an important management system in college management system, is also an important guar-antee of the development of universities in our country. Counselors' professional development is one of the hot points of col-lege management theory, but also the development direction of the reform of China's colleges and universities. Professional development requires its counselors to have profound expertise and focus on work study, the formation of professional col-lege counselor organization, thus promoting the professional development of college counselors. The author analyzes the ba-sic connotation of professional development, and based on this proposed path counselor professional development, hoping to provide a useful reference for the formation of professional counselors.
