摘要
本文根据旅游企业人力资源管理的课程特点,结合笔者在该课程的教学过程中所发现的一些问题,就教学目的、教材内容、教学方法、考核方式等方面进行探讨并提出具有创新性的建议。
Based on the characteristics of tourism courses in human resource management, combined with some of the prob-lems in the teaching process that I found in the course, to discuss and make recommendations on innovative teaching pur-poses, teaching materials, teaching methods, assessment methods.
