本论文从高等职业教育的办学特点和培养目标出发,分析了学生专业技能竞赛在高职教育教学中的地位和作用,深入探讨建立高等职业院校技能竞赛育人平台的前提、管理机制和反馈作用机制,为高职院校打造适合自身特色的技能竞赛育人平台提供借鉴意义。

The article analyzes the status and role of the students' professional skills competition in the education and teach-ing of higher vocational education starting from the school running characteristics and cultivation purpose of the higher voca-tional education, probes into the precondition, management mechanism and feedback mechanism of skills competition plat-form in higher vocational colleges, which will help the higher vocational colleges to establish suitable educational platform of skills competition with their own characteristics.
