摘要
自我概念和心理健康关系密切,相互影响。个体通过自己的客观情况、成败经历及他人对自己的态度来评价和认识自我,形成自我概念。因而,如何帮助高职学生塑造健全的人格,引导他们形成积极的自我概念,具有现实意义。
Self-concept and mental health are closely related and influence each other. Individuals through their objective situation, the success or failure of their own experiences and attitudes of others to evaluate and self-understanding, and form self-concept. Thus, how to help vocational students shape a healthy personality and guide them to form a positive self-concept have practical significance.
