农村高中生个人发展权的束缚与释放

摘要 处于义务教育和高等教育之间的农村高中生的个人发展权并没有得到有效的保障,受到了落后的思想观念、狭窄的发展路径、滞后的城乡二元体制等因素的束缚。通过对这些因素的分析发现,保障农村高中生个人发展权主要可以从加强农村高中的师资建设、完善高中与职业教育的衔接工作、逐步推进高中教育均衡化发展等三个方面进行。 Between compulsory education and higher education of rural high school students, personal development rights have not been effectively protected by the backward ideas, the development of a narrow path, lagging rural dual structure, etc. bondage. Through the analysis of these factors was found to protect the personal right to develop rural high school stu-dents mainly from the backward rural high school to improve the strengthen the construction of rural school teachers, improve the convergence of the work between high school and vocational education, and gradually promote balanced high school edu-cation conducted four aspects of development.
