时间管理训练对初中学习拖延者的干预研究

Intervention of Time Management Training to Junior Learning Procrastinators

现阶段初中生的时间管理在三个维度上都存在较低水平,是导致其学习拖延的重要因素,本研究设计时间管理干预方案,从时间价值感、监控观、效能感三方面提高被试的时间管理水平,从而达到缓解学习拖延的目的。

Now Time Management Disposition of junior students is lower, that is one of the important reasons for their aca-demic procrastination. The intervention experiment program of time management according raises the participants' level of time management to reduce their academic procrastination.
