高职示范校建设项目是国家促进职业教育改革与发展、提升学校内涵建设的战略举措,而项目管理理论的成功应用则是影响建设质量的重要因素。本文结合各所示范校项目建设的实践经验,从项目的管理机构、过程监控与考核等方面,探讨项目管理在高职示范校建设中的应用。

Vocational school construction project is a demonstration to promote the reform and development of vocational education, improve school connotation construction of strategic initiatives, and successful application of the theory of project management is an important factor influencing the construction quality. Combining practical experience of the model school projects from other regulatory agencies of the project, the process of monitoring and evaluation, and explore the application of project management in the demonstration construction of vocational school.
