摘要
STCW公约2010年修正案(马尼拉修正案)对航海院校提出了更高的人才培养要求。基于这一背景,本文分析了航运行业对轮机专业人才职业素养要求,探讨了我院轮机专业学生职业素养培养模式,为高职学生职业素养培养模式改革提供参考。
The Amendments of STCW Convention set forth stricter requirements for Talent Training of Marine Universities and Colleges. This paper analyzed the requirements of occupational quality of marine majors by shipping industry and di-scussed the training mode of college. It provided reference for reforming the training mode of occupational quality in higher vocational colleges.
