摘要
非正式学习是针对正式学习而言的,它一种不受时间和空间限制的学习形式。其制约因素主要体现在三大方面:社会是制约大学教师非正式学习的基础因素;学校是制约大学教师非正式学习的关键因素;自身是制约大学教师非正式学习的根本因素。
Informal learning is presented for formal learning, which is a form of learning without time and space limitations. Its constraints are mainly reflected in three aspects:The basis factors restricting faculty informal learning is the society;the key factor restricting faculty informal learning is the school;the fundamental factors restricting faculty informal learning is their self.
