红色文化教育是大学生德育教育的创新形式和有效载体,对大学生的成长成才有着重要的作用和意义。红色文化教育在高校的开展既取得了一定的成绩,同时又存在一些问题。为提升红色文化教育成效,试图从长效机制、创新机制、传播机制、引入机制、结合机制五个方面来提出对策。

Red culture education is an innovative form and effective carrier of college students' cultural education and it has an important role and significance to the growth and success of college students. Red culture education in Colleges and Uni-versities achieved certain results, while there are some problems. The author puts forward countermeasures to enhance the effectiveness of red culture education from long-term mechanism, innovative mechanisms, communication mechanisms, in-troduction mechanisms, combination mechanism five aspects.
