依托“课程教学组” 加强教学团队建设

在分析军校行政教学组建设的现实困境基础上,指出以"课程教学组"为依托的"教学团队"建设是提高军校教学质量的关键,是师资队伍建设的核心内容。根据当前"教学组"建设实际情况进一步指出军校的教学团队建设应立足课程和课程群建设、重视组织建设和制度建设,重视团队精神建设,建立有效活动的模式以及加强科研学术研究活动等,力求摸索一条适合军校实际的教学团队培养和建设的长效机制,全面提高军校的教学质量。

In the analysis of the practical difficulties of the military administrative teaching group construction, it pointed out that the"teaching group"based on the"teaching team"construction is the key to improving teaching quality of military academy, which is the core content of the construction of teachers. According to the actual situation of teaching group con-struction , it further pointed out that"teaching team"construction in military academy should be based on the curriculum and the curriculum group construction, pay more attention to the organization construction and system construction, the construc-tion of team spirit, the establishment of an effective pattern of activities and strengthening the scientific research activities. It should be strive to explore the long-term mechanism of teaching team training and building suitable actual systems for the military academy, and comprehensively improve the quality of teaching.
