西安有着非常厚重的文化底蕴,但是这些厚重的文化在现代化的城市建设中却并未发挥其应有的魅力。城市的形象和魅力往往有一定的载体,公共文化服务体系正是这一载体。西安公共文化服务体系建设在近几年得到了迅猛发展,取得了一定的成绩,但体系还不够完善,还不能完全满足群众对公共文化的需求,需要更多地挖掘西安厚重传统文化的潜力,不断提升公共文化服务的水平,以期更好地服务群众。
