摘要
技校学生管理一直以来是技校教育的一个难题。本文探讨了对技校学生进行因材施教的措施,包括传统教学、预科班、特殊教育班等方式,并对技校班级管理工作的增强个人修养、量化考核等若干切入点进行探析。
Technical school student management has always been a problem of technical school education. This paper dis-cusses the technical school students' individualized measures, including the traditional teaching, preparatory classes, special education classes, etc., and enhanced personal accomplishment, quantitative assessment of a number of entry points, such as the management of technical school classes were explored.
