留守儿童人身权利保护现状的研究——以四川省巴中市巴州区为例

近年来留守儿童人身权利被侵犯的案件呈现高发态,影响社会稳定发展。本文通过问卷调查,从留守儿童人身权利保护的执行主体,保护的内容以及方式等三个方面对其人身权利保护状况进行评估,并分析其人身权利受到侵害的原因,据此提出保障留守儿童人身权利的建议。
