当代大学生领导力教育与培养现状研究——对杭州某高教园区大学生的调查与分析

Research on Contemporary College Students' Leadership Education and Training Situation——Survey and Analysis of College Students in Hangzhou

大学生领导力教育既是高等教育的重要使命,也是大学生个体发展的现实需求。通过问卷从大学生对领导力培养的认识、大学生对领导力的自我认识与评估及大学生领导力教育与培养环境因素三方面进行问卷调查分析后,提出了高校应加强对大学生进行领导力教育必要性的认识、系统开设领导学方面的基础课程、有效开展课外领导实践活动的对策与建议。
