摘要
高校基层教学管理人员是保障教学质量的中坚力量。高校构建教学管理人员的发展性评价体系是提升教管人员素质,促进其持续发展的重要手段。这种评价体系必须是面向未来的、尊重差异的、结果保密的和能引起中高层管理者反思的。而在指标设置方面,可以根据评价者的不同分为自我评价指标、领导评价指标、同行评价指标、服务对象评价指标四大类。这些指标既要反映管理人员的工作表现、工作能力,也要反映管理人员的自我感受,同时,为基层管理者提供具体的发展目标。
College grassroots teaching management personnel is the backbone of college to protect the quality of teaching. Construction of the development of university teaching management personnel evaluation system is an important means to improve the quality of correctional officers and promote its sustainable development. This evaluation system must be futureoriented, respect for differences, the results confidential and can cause senior managers reflection. In setting terms of targets can be divided into self-evaluation, leadership evaluation, peer evaluation, evaluation serve four categories depending on the evaluator. These indicators should not only reflect the performance of management, the ability to work, but also reflects the feelings of self-management, while providing specific targets for the development of lower-level managers.
