高专院校专升本条件下对辅导员工作的新思考

New Thinking for Counselors' Working under Conditions of Institutions Upgrading to Undergraduate Colleges

专升本为高专院校自身以及学校师生的发展创造了机遇,也提供了更好的平台,然而,却给常年奋战在学生工作一线的辅导员带来了挑战。多校区带来的时空上的变化、专升本后学生群体的变化等,都给辅导员开展工作带来了新变化和新挑战。因此,本文就基于高专院校专升本条件下对辅导员自身心态、工作理念、方式方法等方面提出新的思考。

Upgraded tertiary institutions to create opportunities for high school teachers and students' development, but also provides a better platform, however, gave the perennial front-line fighting in the Student counselor challenges. Multi-temporal changes brought on campus, changes in the Undergraduate student groups, all have counselors work have brought new changes and new challenges. Therefore, this paper based on the conditions under upgraded high tertiary institutions to respect their mentality counselors, work ethic, and put forward new ways of thinking.
