思想政治理论课是对学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道。要增强思政课教学的实效性,实现十八大精神的四进(进教材、进课堂、进网络、进头脑),需要把思政课建设成精品课。要打造精彩一课,教师需要实现从职业到事业的师德境界的升华。在教学方法上,重灌输不如促内省,最好的教育是使受教育者没感到在受教育。我们认为教师应设计如何以问题破题,因势利导,随风潜入夜,润物细无声。使学生感到是自己探讨得出的认识。这就要设计思维互动、语言互动、实践互动,还有肢体语言的互动,教师从课堂上学生的抬头率、点头率、到课率的高低这些肢体语言的反馈,调整自己教学方法,从而打造精彩一课。
