摘要
在现实生活中悬赏广告大量存在,作为一种单方允诺行为已经成为债的发生原因之一。但是关于悬赏广告的法律性质我国现行民法通则及合同法等法律法规中都未有规定。本文通过对契约和单方允诺两个方面的比较阐述悬赏广告的法律性质。
In real life, there is lot of reward advertising, acts as a unilateral promise has become one of the causes of debt. However, the legal nature of advertising on reward our current civil law and contract law and other laws and regulations are not specified. This paper talks about the legal nature of advertising reward based on comparison of contract and unilateral promises two aspects.
