生源地信用助学贷款发展困境分析及对策研究

Development Plight Analysis and Countermeasures of Students' Credit Loans

生源地信用助学贷款自实施以来发展迅速,目前已经成为国家助学贷款的最主要形式,为解决经济困难学生上学难的问题做出了重要贡献。本文以陕西省为例,从生源地信用助学贷款发展的现状出发,对其当前存在的贷前家庭经济困难学生认定难、贷款过程管理机制待改进,及贷后催缴难度大等制约其发展的问题进行初步分析,并提出了改善对策,为进一步规范、优化生源地贷款办理流程,促进生源地贷款健康发展提供了借鉴和思路。

Since students credit loans implemented, rapid development, has become the main form of national student loans,to address the economic difficulties the difficult problem of school students make an important contribution. In this paper,Shaanxi Province, starting from the current situation of students in the development of the credit student loans, finds difficult to exist in its current students from poor families before the loan, the loan process management system to be improved, and the loan-to-call, such as restricting its difficult development of a preliminary analysis, and proposed improvement measures,to further standardize and optimize the flow of students to apply for loans, and provided reference and ideas to promote the healthy development of students loans.
