安全问题是航运企业一切工作的重中之重,航海安全的保证,从根本上是要求船员具有更高的综合素质,能够从容应对航海过程中出现的各种紧急情况。本文以船员教育和航海安全作为论述对象,提出在船员的培训教育中应加强对思想观念、心理健康、职业操守、公约法规、专业技术以及先进科技等多方面的教育培训。
