大规模对专业技术人员实施继续教育培训的前提是政策、资源和思路。汉中市专业技术人员继续教育基地立足本地实际深入调研、勇于探索,善于从各类培训中提炼做法,采取有效途径提升了继续教育理念,走出了富有特色的培训之路,近年来在省内外备受瞩目。本文通过对近年来继续教育工作的反观,给各培训机构、培训管理人员起到了"抛砖引玉"的作用。
