摘要
高校教学秘书与老师之间的隔阂,不仅导致相互之间的交流无法顺畅进行,甚至严重影响到了正常教学活动的开展。教学秘书与老师之间工作职责的相互不了解、教学秘书与教师之间工作地位的不平等、教学秘书与教师之间工作理念的不对接是造成这种隔阂三个主要原因。本文认为,可以从建立沟通渠道和协商机制、提升教学秘书的职业声望、建立试岗机制增进相互了解三个方面解决这一问题。
Gap between universities teaching secretary and teachers, not only led to exchanges between them can not be carried out smoothly, even seriously affected the conduct normal teaching activities. Between teachers and teaching secretarial duties do not understand each other, the work ethic of work between the unequal status between the secretary and teacher education,teaching and teachers do not butt secretary is caused by three main reasons for this gap. This paper argues that can enhance mutual understanding to solve this problem from three aspects to establish channels of communication and consultation mechanisms to enhance the teaching secretary of occupational prestige, try to establish mechanisms for the post.
