摘要
本文主要针对技工院校教师的发展性评价体系进行了深入的理论研究,实践方面运用了广东省城市建设技师学院教师评价体系的案例,综合性阐述了技工院校教师发展性评价体系的构建与实施。
In this paper, for the development of the evaluation system for technician college teachers, conducted in-depth theoretical study, practice using the case of urban construction in Guangdong Province Technician College teacher evaluation system, describes the construction and implementation of a comprehensive teacher development evaluation system of technician institutions.
