随着现代汽车行业的快速发展,对汽车维修技术人才的需求也越来越多。这种供不应求的现象,促使大量学生学习汽车维修专业,以适应我国汽车行车行业快速发展的步伐。在这种形势的要求下,能够适应社会快发发展的高素质高层次的专业维修技术人才的培养,作为一个突出问题摆在了中职学校面前。为此不断进行课程改革、优化专业设置、加强双师型教师队伍建设、更新教学手段加强实习和实训设备的建设,将是所有职业技术学校亟需解决的问题。

With the rapid development of modern automobile industry, the demand for vehicle maintenance and technical personnel is also increasing. This shortage has prompted a large number of students studying automotive repair professional to meet the pace of China's rapid development of automobile travel industry. In this form of requirements, to adapt to the fastfat cultured social development of high-quality high-level professional maintenance and technical personnel, as a prominent issue was placed in front of the vocational schools. For this continuous curriculum reform, optimize professional setting,strengthen the construction of double-qualified teachers, updating teaching methods to strengthen the construction of internships and training equipment for all vocational and technical schools will be an urgent problem.
