关于高中体育教学中理论课与实践课相结合的研究 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,随着社会经济的飞速发展和教育改革的不断深入,不论是学校、教师,还是家长,都在受着应试教育的影响,只注重学生的学习成绩,而忽视学生的身体锻炼。然而高中生肥胖率在逐年攀升,出现高血压、高血脂、冠心病等疾病现象屡屡发生,因此高中生的身心健康已经成为社会各界关注的焦点。本文将针对目前高中体育教学中存在的"重实践轻理论"这一现象为出发点,探讨高中体育课程教学中存在的种种问题,并提出合理有效的解决方法。 In recent years, with the rapid social and economic development and the deepening of education reform, whether schools,teachers, or parents, are being affected by exam-oriented education, to focus only on student achievement, while ignoring the student body workout. However, the rate of obesity in high school has increased steadily, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, coronary heart disease phenomena often occur, so the health of high school students has become the focus of public attention. This article will focus on 'the practice of light theory 'of this phenomenon exists in high school physical education is currently a starting point to explore the teaching of high school sports in the presence of various phenomena and make reasonable and effective solution.
