摘要
如今,"以人为本"正在成为当代管理中的最流行词汇。本文从"以人为本"的理论入手,结合成功企业的实例,深入探讨"以人为本"的原则,并且分析中国企业管理中"以人为本"的三个层次和中国企业人性化管理中存在的问题,从文化、社会和制度三个方面剖析产生上述问题的原因,在此基础上,提出针对这些问题的解决方法。
Today, the 'people-oriented' management is becoming the most popular contemporary vocabulary. The essay stands on the 'people-oriented' theory with depth discussion of 'people-oriented' principle, and combining examples of successful enterprises. The essay analyzes three levels of 'people-oriented' in Chinese enterprise management from a cultural,social and system levels, on this basis, we propose solutions to these problems.
