本文从实证研究的角度来探讨团体辅导在大学生职业生涯规划中的作用,通过团体辅导帮助大学生了解职业生涯规划的基本概念和理论,掌握就业技巧,制定生涯发展规划,从而提高大学生职业生涯自我规划能力和就业竞争能力,最终为大学生职业生涯规划教育提供一种有效的、科学的辅导形式。

In this paper, from the perspective of empirical research to explore the role of group counseling on career planning,through group counseling to help students understand the basic concepts and theories of career planning, master job skills,develop career development planning, thereby enhancing self college career planning competitiveness and employment, and ultimately provide an effective form of scientific counseling career planning education.
