外籍教师在高校国际化建设中发挥的作用——以宁波大学为例

The Role Played by Foreign Teachers in the International University Building——Take Ningbo University as an example

引智是高校为推进国际化建设采取的重要举措之一。本文针对宁波大学三年多来的发展选取典型案例,从国际化的视角阐释了外籍教师和专家在推动宁波大学教学科研发展、促进合作交流和提高文化影响力等方面发挥的积极作用;并概述了宁波大学在国际化建设不断迈向新高度的同时在外教管理和服务方面做出的努力。

Talent recruitment is an important measure to promote the internationalization of university building taken. In this paper, the development of more than three years of Ningbo University, select a typical case, from an international perspective illustrates the positive role of foreign teachers and experts in the promotion of research and development of Ningbo University teaching, promote cooperation and enhance cultural exchanges and other aspects influence played; and outlined Ningbo University in the international construction continued towards new heights, while the efforts in teacher management and service.
