本文章结合三本院校非英语专业学生英语水平的实际情况和当代社会及职场对人才的要求,提出此类学校非英语专业学生英语口语水平提高的必要性。具体分析这一群体的学习特点和劣势,并对此提出适合他们的英语口语学习和训练方法。

As the requirements about professions in society lie increasingly on the communication ability in English for social interaction and business work, it is necessary to improve the oral English levels of non-English majors. On the basis of those students' features and weaknesses in English learning, some improved teaching and training strategies will be raised in this thesis.
