源远流长的中华文化始终倡导"和为贵"的价值理念,并且把"和而不同"视为政治的最高境界。中国共产党在革命、建设和改革的各个时期的政治实践始终贯彻着中国传统"和而不同"的思想,现今十八届三中全会也提出推进协商民主广泛多层制度化发展。协商民主的确立和发展与我国传统和而不同的思想政治文化密切相关,二者的基本精神有诸多契合之处。探讨协商民主理论丰富了我们对于民主的认识,更有利于我国更加全面地制定和规划民主建设的目标与任务。

Communist Chinese political practice of revolution, construction and reform in various periods of always carry 'and different' thinking Chinese tradition, now eighteenth Third Plenary Session of deliberative democracy also proposed to promote the development of a wide range of multi-institutionalization. Explore the theory of deliberative democracy enriches our understanding of democracy is more conducive to the development of more comprehensive democracy building and planning goals and tasks.
