摘要
2008年1月1日我国开始实施《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》。随着我国教育人事制度改革在不断深化,聘任制在各级各类教育机构普遍实行,《新劳动合同法》对聘任制教师权益也给予了保护。本文从教师、园长、政府三维度谈新劳动合同法在公立幼儿园实施的建议与对策。
January 1, 2008, China began to implement the 'People's Republic of China Labor Contract Law.' With the personnel system reform in China's education deepening appointment widely practiced in various educational institutions at all levels, 'New Labor Contract Law' on the appointment of teachers equity has also been given protection. This paper proposed suggestions and countermeasures on new labor contract law in the implementation of public kindergarten from teachers, principals, government three degrees.
