强迫症是一组以强迫症状(主要包括强迫观念和强迫行为)为主要临床表现的神经症。在本案例中,主要采用森田疗法和行为矫正法(塑造法、惩罚法),使来访者逐步克服强迫行为,成功的摆脱强迫洗澡的困扰。
Obsessive-compulsive disorder is a group of obsessive-compulsive symptoms(including obsessions and compulsions) as the main clinical manifestations of neurosis. In this case, the main use of Morita therapy and behavior modification method(shaping law, punitive law), so that visitors gradually overcome compulsive behavior, successful escape forced bathing problems.
