随着高校招生的不断扩大,毕业生的就业形势日趋严峻。不仅要面临着毕业设计、自主择业等层出不穷的问题,而且能否能够顺利在人才辈出的就业市场找到属于自己的一席之地,是所有高校都要面临的一项刻不容缓的问题。本文将从整个社会的就业问题以及大学生就业现状着手,分析目前高校就业指导存在的一系列问题,并提出一些切实可行的对策和建议。

With the continuous expansion of college enrollment, the worsening employment situation of graduates. Not only faced with graduation, their own jobs and other kinds of problems, but could be able to successfully find their own place in the talent of the job market, is an urgent problem to be faced by all universities. This paper will proceed to the employment problem of the whole society and employment status of graduates to analyze a range of issues currently exist in college career guidance, and put forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions.
