高校文化建设和道德培养是高校精神文明建设的重要内容,在人才培养过程中发挥着重要作用,随着研究的深入,二者的关系逐渐成为高等教育的重要课题.学界对高校文化建设与道德培养关系的研究较少,本文拟从高校文化建设、道德培养、高校文化建设和道德培养关系三个层面梳理当前的研究轮廓,在此基础上指出存在的问题.
