摘要
随着经济社会的发展和高键,校企联合“订单式”人才培养模式也越来越受到关注.本文先对“订单式”人才培养模式的必要性和存在问题进行阐述,然后对高职校企合作“订单式”人才培养模式的发展和改进进行探析,以期对高职教育人才培养模式研究提供一些帮助.
With the development of economy and society, college-enterprise 'Order' training model is also more and more intentioned. In this paper, the necessity of 'Order' Training Mode elaborate and problems first, and then analyzed vocational school-enterprise cooperation and development and improvements of 'Order' training mode, in order to provide some help for vocational education talent training mode.
