Higher Education Reform Triggered On the Popularization of Higher Education

众所周知,我国高等教育自1999年的扩招之后,中国高等教育经历了快速发展,已从精英教育过渡到大众化教育阶段.量的增长必然蕴含质的变化.本文试探寻在高等教育受教育数量不断积蓄的过程中,发生了怎样的质变,高等教育又如何悄然变革以及由此遇到的“瓶颈”,希望明晰这些关键节点之后使我们的改革和发展更具前瞻性和实效性.

As we all know, China's higher education enrollment since 1999, China has experienced rapid development of higher education, from elite education to mass education stage. Volume growth inevitably implies a qualitative change. Our paper tries to explore the reform and development of higher education in the process of savings by the number of education constantly, how qualitative change occurs, and higher education and how quietly change and thus met the 'bottleneck' in the hope more clear after these critical nodes forward-looking and timeliness.
