Under the new situation, vocational colleges need to go with the times, the path of sustainable development. This paper analyzed and discussed the establishment of new personnel training programs, stimulating vocational colleges students' motivation to learn a foreign language, strengthening the teaching staff, the return aspect of SCT on how vocational colleges and other foreign language curriculum reform.
