摘要 “习研导学”,是打造优质、高效课堂教学的探索之路,对教师提出了更高的要求.本文主要从教师转变教育观念,激发学生主动合作与探究,引导学生正确评价自我和他人,以及改进和完善教育教学方法等四个方面,对教师如何更好地做到以“习研导学”课堂来促进学生自主成长做出阐述. 'Learning, research guidance' is exploration way to create high-quality, efficient classroom teaching, put forward higher requirements to teachers. This article starts from the teachers to change their concepts of education, inspire students to actively cooperate with the inquiry, guide students to evaluate themselves and others, and to improve and perfect the four aspects of education and teaching methods for teachers on how to better achieve the goal of 'learning research guidance' classroom to promote students' self-growth.
