'Learning, research guidance' is exploration way to create high-quality, efficient classroom teaching, put forward higher requirements to teachers. This article starts from the teachers to change their concepts of education, inspire students to actively cooperate with the inquiry, guide students to evaluate themselves and others, and to improve and perfect the four aspects of education and teaching methods for teachers on how to better achieve the goal of 'learning research guidance' classroom to promote students' self-growth.
