大学生职业规划教育的困境和对策

Difficulties and Countermeasures of College Students' Career Planning Education

一边是就业难、就业冬季,一边又是盲目就业、频繁跳槽,这两种社会现象既证明了大学生职业规划教育的重要性,也反映了目前我国大学生职业规划教育的困境.本文从大学生自身和学校两个层面探讨了造成目前这种困境的原因,也从这两个层面给出解决的对策.

One side is difficult employment, employment in winter, while they are blindly employment, frequent job-hopping, both of these two social phenomena demonstrate the importance of career planning, college education, but also reflects the current plight of the students' career planning education. This article explores the reasons for this dilemma from the students themselves and the school two levels, but also put forward solutions from the two levels.
