高校学生管理中很重要的一个组成部分就是学生事务管理,需要对学生事务管理中的内容进行详尽的分析,才能让事务管理变得更加顺利。本文对高校学生事务管理的概念和内容进行界定,确定高校和学生的法律关系,通过对高校学生事务管理中的典型案例进行详尽的分析,研究其中的冲突和管理责任,并提出依法加强高校学生事务管理的途径。

A very important part of college students' management is student affairs management, needs to carry out a detailed analysis of the content of student affairs administration, in order to make the transaction management more smoothly. In this paper, the concept and content of college student affairs administration to define, determine the legal relationship between the university and students, through the college student affairs conducted a detailed analysis of a typical case study in which conflicts and management responsibilities, and proposed to strengthen the law college students' transaction management approaches.
