摘要
本文通过调查分析自动化专业人才的能力培养现状,结合人才市场需求,阐述了自动化专业人才应具备职业胜任力的必要性,并基于职业胜任力的开发与培养提出了自动化专业人才培养的策略建议。
According to the investigation and analysis of automation profession talent training's current situation, and combine the requirement of talent market, this paper elaborates that automation profession talent must have occupation competence is necessary. It suggests a strategy of audition professional talent training and development based on occupation competence.
