摘要
"柔性管理"是大学生思想政治教育工作的新型管理模式,它强调以人为中心,依靠人性解放、权利平等、民主管理来激发人的内在潜力、调动人的积极性,培养人的创新精神。文章结合90后大学生的特点与当前大学生思想政治教育工作中的不足,探讨柔性管理在90后大学生思想政治教育工作中的运用。
'Flexible management' is a new management model of ideological and political education, which emphasizes human-centered, relying on human liberation, equal rights, democratic management inherent potential to inspire people, to mobilize the enthusiasm of people, cultivating the spirit of innovation. In combination with the characteristics of 90s students with current ideological and political education of college students, explore the use of flexible management in 90s students' ideological and political education.
